MAIN PROPERTIES AND field of application  

It is colourless or slightly yellowy liquid with a strong suffocant smell; non-combustible.

Two grades of concentrated nitric acid are produced: 

The nitric acid of grade A is used in manufacturing of electronic and radioelectronic devices, in processes of organic compounds' nitration, in explosives' production, for a chemical processing of metals, in plastics manufacturing.

The nitric acid of grade B is used for electroplating works, in chemical reagents' production, in processes of organic compounds' nitration.
