Quality policy

        Quality policy is the integral part of general strategy of Joint Stock Company DniproAZOT and is directed toward the implementation of primary objectives – continuous increase in the satisfactoriness of consumers, shareholders, suppliers, staff and company in tote.

      The quality of turn out products is the key indicator of an increase in the competitive ability of production and prosperity of enterprise in this regard. Quality Management System for compliance with requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2000 "Quality Management Systems requirements" is certified in enterprise from 2005.

      Quality management system (QMS) is based in enterprise on the totality of the correlated processes, commercial mutual relations stipulated by performance of contractual, legislative and normative requirements at the up-to-date level of solution of questions of quality and recommendations of the International standards of series ISO 9000.

       A constant improvement in the activity of enterprise is ensured by means of lean leadership of processes for the exercise of policy and achievement of the objective in the field of quality, by means of determination and subsequent optimization of the parameters of processes oriented to adoption of alternative and energy-saving technologies, to the stability of production and the quality of production.

      Conditions for a continuous increase in the staff skills, professional self-actualization of personnel and its complete involvement in the solution of the tasks of enterprise are created in the enterprise.

      The top management of Joint Stock Company DniproAZOT announces its leadership in the development and introduction of effective QMS that is the guarantee of strict fulfilment of requirements for the functioning, a constant analysis and improvement of the quality management system. It ensures the popularization of policy and purposes in the sphere of quality in enterprise.

Environmental policy

      JSC DniproAZOT is the diversified enterprise, the basic direction of which is the output of chemical product with the participation of the experienced personnel, which ensures the profitability of production.

      The staff of JSC DniproAZOT grasps the importance of responsible approach to the environmental protection and makes all efforts for increasing the effectiveness of environment-related activity of enterprise.

      JSC DniproAZOT considers the guarantee of release of the competitive product with reduction in the harmful environment impact with the observance of all standards and requirements of environmental safety of production processes, which ensure the image of enterprise, its central mission.

       The environmental policy of enterprise is based on the following philosophy: 

•      observance of the requirements of environmental regulations, normative and other documents on environmental protection used to the ecological aspects of enterprise;

•      conducting the systematic monitoring of ecological aspects and evaluation of their environmental impact;

•      development and implementation of measures for the efficient use of natural and primary resources, for reduction in air emissions, the discharges of pollutants with waste water, minimization and waste recovery;

•       the realization of the systematic training of personnel of all levels on questions of providing environmental safety of productions for increasing the level of consciousness and understanding of personal liability for prevention of negative effect on the environment;

•       collaboration in field of environmental protection with the concerned organizations and the community, the public informing on questions of the ecological activity of enterprise;

•       involvement of our users, suppliers and contractors in the process of an improvement in the results of the environment-related activity of the enterprise; 

•       caring of the health the workers of the enterprise by means of security upgrade with organization of work, prevention of emergency situations, implementation of preventive measures.

      Management and personnel of enterprise conduct its business subject to accepted environmental policy that it the basis for performance of the ecological management system in concordance with the requirements of International standard ISO 14001:2004.

       The management of enterprise undertakes obligations on constant improvement and increase in the effectiveness of ecological management system.

       Majestic mountains guard their rest, protecting from cold northern winds and foul weather, and the fresh maritime air rich by the aromas of the scents of juniper, mountain lavender and by the fragrances of unknown grasses fills children's bodies bronze from the sunburn by cheerfulness and by health with each deep breath …  

       Comfortable buses get quickly merry company into the most interesting places of the Crimea: Livadiyskiy, Vorontsovskiy and Massandrovskiy palaces, Yalta dolphinarium and moorage of real naval vessel, famous Nikitskiy botanical garden and mountain Ay-Petri – You name it!

       After walking tours along the mountain and forest paths, swimming in the sea, the most beautiful and heat in the world, after merry games and matches they swallow with appetite the tastiest dinners prepared by the most skilful cooks. 

      In the evening – songs near bonfire, the largest stars overhead, and dreams, and hearts full of the tender recollections, and lifelong friends…
